Meditation (Dhyana)

I believe that once you have gained a reasonable mastery of asana and pranayama you can learn meditation to develop an all-round balanced yoga practice. Meditation, called dhyana by yoga practitioners, is the fixing of your attention onto one point of awareness. There are various methods for attempting to achieve this level of concentration.

A simple, yet effective meditation technique can be learnt during a single one hour session with occasional additional sessions as required to discuss your progress and further refine your technique.

Meditation will help to relieve stress and, if practiced daily, can help you to develop your mental calmness and focus and help you to live more in the now of each moment of your day.
